A new toy for me, the Korg Nanopad Midi Controller

I just got myself a brand new toy recently. It’s called the KORG Nanopad. It’s a Midi controller that can be used to trigger midi Midi notes. I don’t know if what I’m explaining is correct because I am still learning how to get it to work properly…

Here’s a video on one of the stuff that you can do with this thing. I think I would need to spend some time with the Korg specialist like I would with the orange nj cosmetic dentist this coming weekend

I just got back from work around 9pm ++. Yeah, I’m sort of back to the “Normal” hours again. Come to think of it, I missed the night sessions. Less traffic, more sleep and more time for cooking.

I prepared dinner within one hour. Steamed fish and some taugeh thingy. I am not good at cooking but I’m good at eating what I cooked. I don’t even know what they are called. Just dumped whatever ingredients I can find and reach.

I think today’s meal was a real low fat preparation. I hope so. or else I I may have to try those Atrophex that folks has been talking about.

Well, I hope your meal was a good one. Those darn dishes is still on the dining table…. sigh..

Are you worried about your weight or your shape?

So you measure yourself and you keep seeing the numbers increasing. It kept going up and up. Sometimes you change the weighing scale just to make sure it’s working properly. You know they have the manual type as well as those digital type which was supposed to have a very accurate reading.

But I think what’s important is your shape. Yeah sound a little weird.. I mean how on earth can you be in shape when you are over weight??

Well perhaps we can focus more on the body tone instead of how much you weigh. Skip the weighing machine and just look at yourself in the mirror. If you like what you see you are in progress. No top diet pills can ever make you feel better about yourself than YOU!

Okay now please pay me $500 for this so called motivational post.

How to avoid getting acne in the first place

Well here’s my practice…

Don’t wash your face with soap or facial wash everyday! I’m serious…

Washing your face with plain water on a daily basis is more than enough. You see, we need those natural oil. Our face need it. There’s a reason why we need oil on our face. That was meant to protect you. Instead we try our best to get rid of the oil and what you have is a skin that is so unprotected you get zits easily.

Of course you should not take 100% of my advice on how to get rid of acne…. I may be wrong, just like my choices in life at times…he he..
