Just woke up to the sounds of birds tweeting and the sounds of neighbors preparing breakfast. I am now in my kampung in Kudat, Sabah. We reached yesterday after a two and a half hours drive from Kota Kinabalu. Pretty exciting! This morning we are planning to go for the famous ‘Tauhu Sumbat’ of Kudat. Well that is if it’s still opened since they can go pretty fast.

I’m so excited I may find free life insurance quote just for the fun of it.

Other things that we may do today is head for the beach! Wohoo!

Sitting here, in the living room of my home, I can’t help noticing my couch’s condition. It’s still is green but instead of apple green it looks more like oxidized apple to me… strangely, it feels more and more comfy! But it’s definitely not presentable not when friends or colleagues comes over….

I may need to get those patio furniture cushions since it should be more durable and longer lasting… hmm

So.. today’s Thursday and that means it’s the last day for me to work for the year 2009! Feels awesome man! Now all I have to do is complete the Christmas shopping list that does not seemed to end! Let’s see, I still have tomorrow and the day after to do it. Perhaps get on the LRT as early as possible and find a way to Sungai Wang in Jalan Bukit Bintang. Maybe I should just arrange some order fulfillment and save time on shopping?
