PM wants to further connect with FB and Twitter fans

(The Star) PETALING JAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is searching for more ways to connect to his friends and followers on Facebook and Twitter.

“I’ve yet to see how I can reach out to them even more. Maybe ask them over for tea at Seri Perdana in the future,” he quipped.

He said his venture into social networking sites had been encouraging as he had registered close to 77,000 friends so far on Facebook while 9,000 people were following his updates on Twitter.

The Internet had been a good avenue for the public to provide him with feedback, he said during an interview with Datuk Ahmad A. Talib, executive director (news and editorial operations) of Media Prima Bhd in TV3’s Soal Jawab programme last night.

Najib also spoke about his tasks after assuming the nation’s number one post nine months ago. via

Those blazing figures make you wanna frantically look for a mesothelioma lawyer just to get a second opinion ey?

Cough for 2 weeks

It started as a little runny nose. Then it went from runny to Niagara Falls type of condition. Then the cough started, at first it was just a little irritation then it became unbearable and now, I’m coughing as though there is no tomorrow. But tomorrow still comes and it’s been two weeks now.

Somehow I suspect it was the cat that’s in my house or could it be the prawn salad I had the other day? Boy do I need some allergy relief soon….

Zits that make it to stardom

Looking at those famous actors like Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Catherine Zeta Jones sometimes makes you wonder. How on earth do they maintain those non-zitty-looks?

But if you look a bit closer, most of them actually do have zits. Some even while acting in major movie productions. Now why am I talking about zits in the middle of the day? The thing is, I stumbled on http://www.skinema.com/Act1Acne.html and it’s quite interesting how the author writes so detail about superstar zits… lol!

It’s surprising why they never mentioned best acne treatments recommendations. That would have made them lots of moolah.

I got myself an Irish Guiness Black Tin Whistle

I ordered a black Irish Guinness tin whistle from a chap from Ireland on e-bay. His name is Theo. I think the whole process took me just within a week. Pretty quick! (Actually I got it since last year)

What is an irish tin whistle you might say? Well it’s a flute. Some info from Wiki:

The tin whistle, also called the tinwhistle, penny whistle [1], English Flageolet, Tin Flageolet, Irish whistle and Clarke London Flageolet[2] is a simple six-holed woodwind instrument. It is an end blown fipple flute flageolet, putting it in the same category as the recorder, Native American flute, and other woodwind instruments. A tin whistle player is called a tin whistler or whistler. The tin whistle is closely associated with Celtic music.

Here’s me trying to play to the tune of Scarborough Fair. Hmm… do I see wrinkles? I should start checking out those wrinkle serums I saw on the net.. Lol!
