Here’s something fun to prank your friends on Whatsapp to make them believe (or not) that you are in some place of your choice when sending your location. I haven’t found any app for Android but this ones is a web based application where all you need to do is key in you IMEI and phone number as well as your friend’s phone number (provided they are on Whatsapp)

Works pretty well. I don’t think this application will be super famous and seeing people queuing up in long lines and having to put up those plastic stanchions so they know which line they are supposed to follow.

But it is kinda fun.

You may be one of those bloggers who have been blogging for quite some time now. I think this personal blog of mine dates back from 2007. Other folks are blogging way much earlier, even before there were blogging platforms like WordPress and Blogspot / Blogger.com and whatnot. I have post and covered so many topics I can’t even recall most of it. Heck I may even have written about curt trailer hitch and don’t have a damn clue what it was about.

Now you can archive it to another medium. Rather then let it disappear into digital bits, why don’t you compile it into a book of sort. It’s FREE too. works for WordPress, Blogger and Livejournal. Here’s how:

1. Go into your blog admin area. There should be an option for you to EXPORT your blog post. In my case since I am using WordPress, it’s exported as an XML file.
2. Now go to this website http://blogbooker.com/index.php
3. Select your blog platform
4. Upload the file
5. Voila! after a few minutes or seconds depending on how enormous your blog is, the PDF file is ready to be downloaded. It embeds the pictures you posted too!

If you want to edit the PDF, Google a free PDF MS Words converter or just upload it to Google Documents and download it as MS Words. Please take note that Google Docs may not be able to render those documents properly at times (font size, table, alignments can go weird)

There you go. Now your future generations will know what you did during your vacation in Mabul Island long-long time ago.
