Weekends at the Walls
Monday night. I went off to bed. Almost immediately, I felt some slight chill. It sure does feel like it was just the weather. Waking up the next day I still can feel that same chill all around my body. Pop some aspirin then tried lying in bed with the blanket on top and tried to sweat it out. I thought I was OK.
In the office it got worse and worse. Even my back hurts. So I went back early and that ride home was a killer. It was a hot 4 pm. I felt hot and cold at the same time, my back was in pain.. what a perfect combo. I feel like ditching the bike and go over to some shades of bushes and lie there.
The rest of the days were spent at home in bed, on the couch feeling dizzy and lost all my appetite. I lost like more than 3 kgs too. Went to the clinic 3 times. Had a blood test and good thing it was not dengue.
I search everything about my symptoms including trying out www.wholesaleinsurance.net and so far things just pointed to viral fever.
But the good thing that came out of this is I have reached my target weight of 70kg.
Yeah, it was difficult to pronounce the title let alone knowing if its correct or not.
My friend told me this story of a man from Asia who’s life was in the monestary. He left the monastery for some reason and became a model for a few years traveling, doing photo shoots, wearing all the best names in clothing and shoe lines perhaps even (Lebron James shoes) for the fun of it, Hollywood and stuff. ….Then he went back into the monastery life for prayers, meditation and what not.
Check out this monk’s pic as claimed in one section of his website. read more at : http://www.tsemrinpoche.com/?p=359
Yesterday I spent the day at the gym, well most late afternoon part only. All I did was doing some bouldering for the 1st hour. Trying to get back to the basics again. I still not am a good climber though. I still got all my technique wrong all over the place. My energy level still does not last that long. Most probably because I am the lazy climber type. Preferring to do a few routes then give up and just lay down on the comfy pad all day ha ha!
I also got a new Buff headgear as well as a brand new finger scar. I bet those Phoenix florists people don’t get much cut from trimming roses. Maybe I should change sports / hobby
