Conservatory, a new word for me.

I was reading wikipedia today when one link led me to another. I came across a word that says ‘conservatory’. I thought this was a forest reserve or something. Further reading says that it’s some kind of a ‘green house’. It’s actually a glass and metal structure traditionally found in the garden of a large house. It may function as a place for conserving plants, part-recreational, as a solarium or sun room.

conservatories_victorian.jpgI would personally have one if I was staying on a landed property with a huge amount of space to spare. Unfortunately I am staying in an apartment unit so having one in the living room will surely not make the place beautiful not to mention how my wife will not agree. But for you folks who already has some home improvements ideas (provided you have ample space of course), you may want to check out Anglian Home Improvements. There’s sure on design that may interest you. There are the Victorian, Regency and Edwardian to name a few. I just love the windows design on the Victorian. They are so…well, Victorian! They even have a ten year guarantee on their product. Go check them out today!
