Do you change your own engine oil?

My wife and I have a car which is called ‘Wira’ or hero if you translate that into English. It’s a product of our National Car manufacturer, Proton. Is this my dream car?..of course not. But I have to admit this hero has been a good car. It didn’t really give much problem since we send it regularly for service. This car gets better attention compared to my old scooter who’s already giving signs of ehem… old age.

If you noticed, watching western movies, most of the time they will portray dudes who has a garage of his own and does all this servicing and modification on his own too. Painting, fixing the interior, refurbishing and the lot. They would have all this Automotive detailing supplies available. Hmmm..How come I never come across such people here in KL? Or am I not going around enough?
