Esther Applunius Chin special appearence at the Mr. Kaamatan, Klang Valley 2009

Last week, or was it last 2 weeks ago? I had the rare opportunity to hang out  with my good friends. As you know since I have been working the dreadful night shifts, my social and normal activities has gone hay wire to the extent of spinning down to a spiral crap. Well this post is not about me complaining about how much I love my job.

Back to Esther shall we? I did not expect Esther (OIAM Finalist) was around that night. I arrived late with a partner and we missed most of the fun part of the event. Nevertheless, it was a fun-filled night. We had some good laughs all the way. With the added ‘Paperdoll’ shows, it was fun! fun! fun!  I even had to go on stage when I just arrived (thanks to a friend) who mentioned my name onstage to go up there and drink ‘Lihing’ a local Sabah rice wine. I actually liked it since I was thirsty anyway..he he he..

Esther was really down-to-earth. Sharing jokes with us and took lots of photos. She even sang on stage solo without any music and still manage to liven up the crowd. I think it was a good mixture of charismatic artist+lihing+friends that summarized the awesome performance.

Oh, the Mr.Kaamatan for Klang valley was won by this dude from Keningau I think… well I did not concentrate much since they were men bah…
