Finally, a useful plugin

I have been installing and trying numerous plugin. Some helps and some just doesn’t have a purpose at all. Thanks to MrBadak’s post, I have downloaded those two plugins. One helps users to subscribe to comments and another one to show top commentators. Here are the links.
