I found a broken iPhone

advertisement

Those guys at TechRepublic sure likes to crack open things. Just like when we were little kids, us boys would normally open up stuffs like toys and try to figure out how things work and of course it ended up not working after that. This $600 gadget was not spared by these ‘kids’ too.

I have been like that since I know how to use screwdriver. Even when I got my first pc, within a week I already open the casing to take a look inside. And even attemp to repair my radio, handphone, calculator, electricguitar, amps and even ever open a harddisc before. Laptops? Hahaha… Quite a few have been my victim recently. Well yesterday, I open up a Sony Viao laptop worth Rm6-7k, trying to figureout where is the harddisc is located.

PaPa-I did once to an old handphone. Smack it against the wall and everything revealed.

Well, they did a good job on designing on their product so that nobody can open the laptop unless you break something inside. I almost break it and I can see the Cd drive mechanism were part of the laptop body. So I gave up on prying on the unlucky laptop. (Yeah because the owner were looking at me while I try to open the laptop and heard some “cracking” hehehhe….)

p/s : The laptop were committing suicide (jatuh/drop) thats why I got the chance to operate it.
