What’s your personal opinion on loans? Are they evil like some folks whom I met or are they one of mankind’s greatest creation? From what we all understand, loan is a form of debt whereby we have two parties involved, the lender and the borrower. Most of us here are the latter.

There are a few major type of loans today. They are the payday loans, mortgage loans and refinancing loans. Talking about payday loans, you should study other options before deciding to use such service. You may end up paying high fees should you be late on your payment. It is suggested that perhaps borrowing from a friend or relative is much more better since both parties can agree upon a more flexible time line of payback as well as interest if any.

This does not mean loans are bad I believe. At the end of the day, the state of your financial health are normally the result of your own planning and action.
