PayPal and my new PBE Visa Electron Debit Card
I collected my debit card in the HQ of Public Bank just next door to the place where I worked. Realy nice fancy card service center there. I got it at the 10th floor. Immedieately after getting the card, back in the office I logged in into PayPal to add this card. My smile was wiped out of my face after getting a message saying my card can’t be accepted.:
Anyone got the slightest clue what’s happenin’? I have e-mailed to Uncle PayPal. No reply yet at this point of time.

Baru dapat sudah register ka? Pernah guna kaitu kad? Ko kena guna dulu tu kad for a few transactions like four-five times, totaling above RM100.00 then ko cuba register balik in two weeks’ time.

You should try Lorna solution or just get Al-Rajhi card…they have good cust service (from what I read)….I was gonna go with Al-Rajhi because of no yearly fees but they only gonna opened their branch in Sabah this year…

hello, may be I can give some tips. I received the same message before when I tried to add my card. So I called my Bank CC customer service and informed I wanted to add the card to paypal. The guy said ok and ‘allowed’ the transaction. I think it’s one of their ways to control mis-use of cards online (mana tau kena curi ka..).
Osindak- You use PBE bank one also kah?
a different bank pula tapi may be try2 call the cust. service centre? all the best!

alamak.. till now no one can answer it correctly. I have to ‘kacau’ here then. Hehehehe
No need lah. I confirmed no need to use before registering with them. The moment I got it, I immediately register at paypal. No problem. I had RM50 only inside the card. They charged usd$1.95 but later return back the money as Bonus. I thought my posting solved the blur blur.
