Saboteurs and Gold Diggers
Last weekend, I had a chance to check out Giggles Cafe at USJ Taipan. It’s not really a cafe per se but more like a hang out place for playing card games / board games? It’s my first experience so I’m just too lazy to make an online search for the correct term but yeah.
I’ve seen groups of people playing these card games and I do get the idea that there are so many different types of game play out there. Some are strategy, role-playing or just plain fun? I may be wrong. But our buddy ‘LoneWolf!’ is the Game Coordinator at Giggles and we decided to visit the place after a session at the nearby Bah Kut Teh restaurant.

He recommended us the game called ‘Saboteur’. it’s a card game where you play your role based on what card you picked. Either a Gold Digger or a Saboteur. More info here. Learning the game only took us less than 10 minutes also partly because ‘Lonewolf‘ explained it to us like a PRO in a ‘Language’ that we can all understand quite clearly.
We laughed so hard I almost ruptured by pancreas. I think their place has a lot potential. They may soon upgrade to some state-of-the-art cash register express once things go smoothly.
Great place to hang out and really comfy plus the staffs are really friendly and cool. Rates are reasonable too. Makan place is just across the street. Nice.
