My weight used to be close to 90kg at one point! Not much exercise at the time. Didn’t really think I had to. I thought I was alright. Only when I looked at photos of myself and feeling overly exhausted after just a short session of tennis with a buddy of mine a few years back, I knew this has got to change. Check out my previous photo and current ones above. reduced cheek size is quite obvious.

I thank climbing and running and some slight change in my food choice. Thinking of doing Yoga. But I’m not going to commit buying any best selection of yoga bolsters from an online shop just yet.
