Succession what?
I’ve been so called working in the corporate world for like almost ten years now. But everyday, is like being in a classroom and learning new terms and jargons in the office-cubicle-rat race world. Sometime back, I never understood the word ‘corporate downsizing’, ‘touch base’, ‘ASAP’ as well as ‘ROI’ to name a few.
Recently in one of the meetings, someone mentioned the word succession planning and I was like giving gestures as if I know what it means by nodding my head and stuff. I was just praying hard that dude will not ask my ’smart’ opinion about it. I immediately Google’d it after during coffee break and found the answer.
