Tell me your weight

advertisement

I used to have a waistline of 27 inches. Let me see, that was like during my secondary school. Form five to be exact. My weight then was somewhere between 50 to 55 kilograms….and my abs? Totally flat man! Funny how I thought it would stay like that forever. (At the time, I haven’t really understand the effects of gravity and how trans fatty acids from your favorite burger or margarine could add some extra ‘body mass’.

So how much do I weigh now? The last I checked, it was at 75 78 kg. My waist? I’ll let you do the math yourself. Am I going to do anything about it? Like yeah! First thing’s first, My new resolution is happening next year, so officially I can still be excused.

Psst. (Have you heard of this thing called Miracle burn? They say its reliable and it works.)

Maybe I just stick to sit ups and push ups for time being.

sit-up and push-up aa.. heheh! im different man, all i do is just push-down and sit-down.. hahahhah!

talking about weight, i have something strange to share.. you know im a big overweighted guy, if u met me before then u know what i mean, im huge man, seriously.. time skool dulu boleh la tayang 2-4 packs, hahah! skang ni 1 pack jak di perut, family-value-pack lagi.. :P

with my height and “width”, people dont categorize me as one of the “jabba the hut” club member yet. so i dont give a damn la about my health, my stamina, weight..etc i just dont give a damn about it, dah la idup depan komputer jak kan, manada masa mau pi gym semua.. until one day i was thinking, “could i live longer like this?” di tambah lagi dgn bad-habit mcm smoking semua, mmmg cukup syarat sudah lah utk booking tiket mati awal.. so i decide utk try to manage my weight, cari punya cari punya cari, tanya sana sini, baca sana sini..etc finally i found herbalife. what i like about it is, i still can eat what i want, whenever i want (kesiokan la ni ndak payah diet2..), the only thing i have to do is, take 1 shot to replace my breakfast and dinner. lunch? makan jak, biasa la lunch hour, mana bleh skip.. duduk2, makan2, sigup2.. ahhahah! :P

been taking it for 2 weeks+ already, i dont see any difference with my measurement yet (need to workout i think), BUT, i get a drastic result on my weight (and i didnt noticed it). frankly, (during deepavali) i was 116 before i take this thing. (gilababeng berat mcm gajah!), after 2 weeks sia timbang balik, bulih2 pula jadi 108. hahahhahaha! timbang lagi balik, sama juga 108. (biar betul benda ni, rusak kali penimbang ni). timbang lagi tempat lain, sama juga 108. :D damn man… ndak sangka pula ada cara yg simple and enjoying utk manage weight..

i think u should try it man, seriously.. it works for a huge-gigantic-giant-lazy-ass-shrek like me, and im sure it will work for you. im happy if i could reach a safe BMI next year.. hehe!

P/S: gila panjang tul comment aku nih..

Oh yeah, I was browsing some old photos the other day and saw the photo of the pengawas. You looked really thin then. I think men over 30 should have more packed bodies. It makes them, more masculine and sexy! *grins*

Pai- Holy Moly, that’s one of my longest records on comments! Yeah, I can see their brand ‘presence’ everywhere. Good for you man! You finally found your way towards weight management. As for me, I’ll stick to traditional ways. it’s quite fast for me to reduce my weight, as long as I am consistent with my choice of food, regular exercise and mind power.

Blusher- You have got to show me that photo! I was skinny my dad even thought I was a drug addict!

LOL ya I remember how skinny you were back in those school day. I remember the time you got home for the holidays and daddy asked if you were doing drugs.

    HAHAHAHAH!

How tall are you? I’ve come to terms that it’s harder to lose weight as we’re getting older. But a fitness trainer would say it’s not an excuse.

  6. Pai on November 25th, 2007

hard to lose weight when getting older? hmm.. doesnt sounds right to me..
dunno lah if genetically caused ka.. but from what i understand, there’s no reason to not to lose weight, no matter what age.. so i guess it still depend on the effort we make to achieve it. if rajin pi gym hari2 pun, tapi sekali makan sampai 3-4 piring, teda juga hasil kan.. hehe.

kesimpulannya, everybody can lose weight. (kecuali britney spears)

Emily- I seriously don’t know. Never really measured my height. I guess u were trying to get my BMI huh? Besok I try to find a place to measure..

Pai- LoL! Britney..hmm her recent dance on stage was kind of sluggish. I guess it was her weight issue then..

Your ideal weight depends on your height and your build. If you’re 6′ then 78kg is OK. I think the more pertinent question is, what is your BMI. But if you’re a bodybuilder a BMI of >30 is still OK right?

wahhh si pai add comment or a post ah? looks like one whole post.. lol!

how come new year resolutions always include ‘losing weight’ ah? it’s like it has become a necessity on the list of resolutions! :P

Ratu- I think it’s a default new year resolution.
