Does anyone of you here use your phone, land line or mobile frequently? For those of you who have rriends or relative overseas, calling from a normal land line may help you reduce cost compared to mobile phones. I’m sure you’ve heard of VOIP phones. VOIP stands for Voice Over Internet Protocol. First time I heard it it sounds like new technology to catch thieves or something. Simply put, it means ability to make regular phone calls using the internet. It’s easy, fast and the biggest attraction is of course the cost factor. It is very cost effective. One good example that caters to this requirement would be Vonage. A company that is solely dedicated to VOIP services and more. All Canadian and UK residents are greatly welcomed. Their site gives you all the info you need including a forum section so you can always get help when needed. They even have news section so you are always updated.
